green beans

Full Belly beans are some of the most labor intensive crops we grow- harvesting each bean by hand can take hours.  Green beans are an excellent source of both fiber and vitamin A, and also fuel human bodies with folates and iron. Fava Beans are an excellent source of protein, iron, copper, and fiber.  Beans should be stored in the refrigerator, unwashed. Beans are available in the warm summer months of June, July, August, and September.

We know California Olive Oil is easy to find, but We know California Olive Oil is easy to find, but we’re taking a moment to shout out our own beautiful organic olive trees and the stunning oil they gift us year after year. We grow a mix of 6 different green and black varieties, harvested every October. The olives head straight to a local olive mill @sekahills, where they’re among the first in our valley to be pressed—ensuring our organic oil stays pure and separate from conventional oils. What we get is nothing short of liquid gold: grassy, bright, a little spicy, and a striking green hue. Perfect for drizzling on anything you fancy! Have you ever tasted our olive oil? We have some of this year’s harvest available on our online shop! If you’re local, you can pick some up at the farmers market or CSA members can add it to their box!
