It’s lambing season at Full Belly Farm! Each Feb It’s lambing season at Full Belly Farm! Each February our 60 or so ewes give birth. They get placed in pens to get some quality time with their babies, before being released on green pasture once again.

For the last couple days a low fog has rolled in s For the last couple days a low fog has rolled in spanning all along Cache Creek that runs along the edge of Full Belly Farm. It’s a beautiful sight to see especially with the frost and dew creating frozen droplets on every blade of grass. We also got another half inch of rain last night but it’s sunny skies in the forecast!

It’s that time of year! These mandarins just mig It’s that time of year! These mandarins just might be nature’s most perfect snack. We are welcoming all the vitamin C on these rainy, dark days.
Crazy to think that this field will be popping wit Crazy to think that this field will be popping with color in just a few short months. While our fields look saturated and wet, so far the flooding has been minor here at our farm. Thinking about all of the farmers in California who are deep in it right now.
