Broccoli Bars

Below is a recipe for Broccoli Bars. Veggies and non-veggies love this dish. It's an easy dish that's fabulous as a potluck item. It can be served hot or cold, as a main or side dish.

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1lb grated cheese
1 head broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces and steamed 
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 Onion, chopped
1/3 cup chopped mushrooms


Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve hot or cold.
