Strawberries are a springtime fruit that arrives at a wonderful time, before our summer fruit is ready.
We’re always experimenting a bit with our small strawberry planting: experimenting with mulch types (plastic, straw, nothing) and with varieties. Sweetness and flavor are our priority! For 2025, we’re growing one variety: Victor.
Be sure to eat these strawberries right away — we pick them ripe! Store them in the refrigerator.
