The Navel Oranges grown by Full Belly are the perfect wintertime treat. Each orange is packed full of diverse nutrients – low in calories, rich in dietary fiber, and an excellent source of vitamin C, pectin, vitamin A, and B-complex vitamins. Oranges are also great sources of potassium and calcium. Oranges can be kept at room temperature for a week or so, but will keep for much longer in the fruit/ vegetable compartment of your refrigerator.
