Just a few of the activities happening at Full Belly Farm today: Olive harvest began! Beautiful beets got washed, Dru picked some pumpkins to give away to friends and family, and we transplanted 10 beds of snapdragons!

It’s pomegranate season y’all! Who’s excited for sticky hands, the sweet and tart burst of flavor and the seeds in every single salad from here on out!??

An absolutely beautiful fall morning at the farm. Here’s a look at a few things that are happening this morning. Greens are getting harvested, flowers are getting picked for drying, pomegranates are getting sorted in the shade of the trees and soil is getting worked in to prepare for fall planting.

See you on Saturday! We can’t wait to see old friends, make new ones and celebrate the end of harvest season with our community. A heartfelt thank you to all of the volunteers, organizations and businesses that make the Hoes Down Harvest Festival a possibility- for 33 years!!!! Make sure you have your pre-purchased tickets ready, and be sure have your sun hat and dancin shoes ready! See you at 11 on Saturday October 5th!
