Roasted Cauliflower

Roasting is an easy and delicious way to enjoy wintertime vegetables. Coated with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper, almost any vegetable can be roasted.

1 head of Cauliflower

Olive Oil



Section your cauliflower into florets.  Toss it with oil (I like to use my hands to get each floret well coated- and its more fun to play with your food before you eat it).  Sprinkle with salt and roast at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden brown.  Stir them around after 15 minutes to avoid any burnage.
