Frisée, Mandarin, and Sesame Salad

ingredients
Zest from 1 mandarin
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
3 tablespoons fresh tangerine juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
3 mandarins, segmented
1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 small heads frisée, or one large, torn into bite-size pieces
Salt
Toasted sesame seeds
instructions
In a medium bowl, combine zest, ginger, mandarin juice, and oils. Add mandarin segments, onion, and frisée, then stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
